Shipping and Delivery
All orders outside Japan are sent via Express Mail by Japan Post; domestic orders are shipped via Yamato or Sagawa. Tracking numbers are provided for all packages (excluding small items sent by posting mail).

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and courier brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local government and the shipping carrier, not by SOUTHERN FIELD INDUSTRIES. The customer is solely responsible for these payments. We cannot predict these costs or offer refunds for refused packages due to customs charges.
