Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the items you purchased on our online store, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. Claiming for an exchange or a refund, please contact us at order@southernfieldindustries.com Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. Merchandise returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with the original packaging must be intact in original condition. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and that to insure the full amount of the item you are sending back to us. SOUTHERN FIELD INDUSTRIES is not responsible for missing packages.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive the items. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. SOUTHERN FIELD INDUSTRIES will be unable to process your exchange without having received back to us your original order.
